		<description>I hope that the feeling good is what sustains you for the long-term.  I think it really is the only thing that can. Anger is not only a negative emotion that will end up hurting you in the end, it is difficult to sustain. I find that my main motivation is the mental clarity running brings. Maybe, instead of using the anger to drive the exercise, you use the exercise to release the anger.</description>

Honestly, every time you put on twitter that you&#039;re going for a run, it makes me want to get up and run. I admire you for that. Second, I hope you and beast jr. get better. Its hard as a parent to see your kids in pain. And any type of foot problem is a BITCH. getting shots in your foot, well that just sucks. finally, if you don&#039;t know who i am, this is 6string_ from twitter (just changed my name to klassy_kris)</description>
